1. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments at Clare’s Inner Beauty are subject to availability. We recommend booking through our online booking system, where you can view current availability and treatment information.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows
By booking an appointment, you agree to our Cancellation Policy. Late cancellations, missed appointments and rescheduling may be subject to a charge or loss of deposit. Please see our separate Cancellation Policy for full details.

3. Deposits & Payments
Certain treatments, packages or appointments may require a deposit or advance payment. Where a deposit is required, your appointment is not considered fully secured until payment has been received.

4. Treatment Suitability
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information regarding medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy or any other circumstances that may affect treatment suitability.

Clare’s Inner Beauty reserves the right to refuse, postpone or adapt a treatment where we believe it may not be suitable or safe for the client.

5. Treatment Results
Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Where a course of treatments or home-care recommendations are advised, results may depend on following the recommended treatment plan and aftercare.

6. Gift Vouchers, Courses & Promotions
Gift vouchers, prepaid courses, packages, loyalty rewards and promotional offers are subject to their individual terms and conditions. Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

7. Loyalty App & Rewards
Loyalty points and rewards are offered at the discretion of Clare’s Inner Beauty. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Rewards, challenges and earning opportunities may be changed or withdrawn when necessary.

8. Prices & Services
Prices, treatment durations, services and offers may be updated from time to time. The current information displayed through our booking system or communicated by Clare’s Inner Beauty will apply at the time of booking or purchase.

9. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting the salon. Clare’s Inner Beauty cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost, forgotten or damaged unless required by applicable law.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
